This notice explains how SR Supply Limited, trading as We Connect B2B ("we") uses personal information. We are the data controller for information collected through this website and our services.

What we collect

• Your name, business name, phone number and email when you contact us.
• Bills, statements and documents you send us so we can compare prices or apply for a service.
• Notes of our calls and visits, and the services you take with us.

Why we use it

• To answer your request and give you quotes (legitimate interests / steps before a contract).
• To arrange and look after services you choose (contract).
• To meet legal and regulatory duties (legal obligation).
• To send occasional tips and offers — only if you tick the box, and you can stop at any time (consent).

Who we share it with

With the suppliers and providers needed for the service you ask for (for example card payment providers, energy suppliers and brokers, and funding providers), and with IT services that help us run our business. We never sell your information.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't go further: up to 24 months. Customer records: for as long as you are a customer and up to 6 years after, for legal and accounting reasons.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, object to its use, or withdraw consent. Email sales@weconnectb2b.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
